Account

How do I create an account? Open the app and sign in with Sign in with Apple, Google, or Email. Your profile is created automatically on first sign-in.

I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" to receive a reset email. If you signed in with Apple or Google, there is no password to reset — use the same provider.

How do I delete my account? Open Settings > Account > Delete account inside the app. You can also request deletion at our dedicated page. Your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Crystals and Diamonds

What are Crystals and Diamonds? In-app currencies used to unlock premium readings. Crystals power most readings; Diamonds are a premium currency that can be exchanged for Crystals or used for special features.

How do I get more? Purchase packs from the in-app Store, subscribe for daily Crystal drip and monthly bonuses, or earn weekly streak milestones by opening the app every day.

I purchased Crystals but they are missing. Close and reopen the app to trigger receipt refresh. If the balance does not update within five minutes, contact support with your Apple receipt number or Google order ID.

Subscriptions

How do I subscribe? Open the Store tab and choose Monthly or Yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation.

How do I cancel? Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your benefits remain active until then.

Can I get a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, use the Google Play store refund flow.

My subscription shows expired but I just renewed. Wait 5–10 minutes for Apple's server notification, then pull to refresh the Store tab. If it persists, sign out and back in.

Readings

Are the readings accurate? Soulcard combines traditional divination systems (tarot, saju, astrology, numerology) with AI-generated interpretations. Readings are for self-reflection and entertainment; they are not a substitute for professional advice on medical, legal, financial, or mental-health matters.

Can I see past readings? Free users can view readings from the last month. Monthly subscribers access one year of history; Yearly subscribers have unlimited history.

Which languages are supported? English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Spanish, French, and Russian. You can change language at any time in Settings > Language.

Privacy and Data

What data does Soulcard collect? We collect your email, optional birth date and gender (used only for readings that require it), and service usage records. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

Do you share my data? No. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except when required by law or for service delivery (e.g., payment processing via Apple or Google).
